Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and oversee Amazon Connect services within Deloitte’s Sales & Service team, guiding onshore and offshore delivery. You will lead teams, advise clients on AWS best practices, and ensure project quality while uncovering new sales opportunities. You contribute to global customer transformation by blending strategy, technology, and creativity to enhance customer experiences.
