Experteer Overview As an Amazon Connect Technical Architect within Deloitte’s Sales & Service team, you design and oversee AWS-based Connect solutions and delivery across onshore and offshore teams. You advise clients on best practices, manage projects, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams-balancing strategy, technology, and creativity-to drive transformational customer experiences. This role offers high-impact work in a globally oriented, innovation-driven environment with opportunities to shape contact center solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Design Amazon Connect services and provide project management and delivery oversight for distributed development teams * Build and lead teams, mentor consultants, and ensure project quality * Advise clients on AWS best practices and identify new sales opportunities at existing clients * Provide clear guidance and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Maintain strong client relationships and effective written and verbal communication Tasks * 8+ years of overall IT/Software Development services experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise IT architecture * 5+ years of experience architecting and supporting cloud-based solutions on AWS * 4+ years in leading multiple project teams concurrently * AWS cloud certification * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent * Willingness to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
