Experteer Overview As Amazon Connect Manager, you will architect and oversee AWS-based contact center solutions, leading onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality implementations. You’ll guide clients on best practices, drive delivery excellence, and explore new sales opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll work within a cross-functional Sales & Service team that blends strategy, technology, and creativity to transform customer experiences at scale. This role offers the chance to shape how organizations engage customers through sophisticated cloud-based contact center solutions.
