Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead Workday functional implementations within Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology practice, translating business needs into effective configuration. You’ll collaborate with clients to define scope and priorities, support testing and deployment, and deliver high-quality work across cross-functional teams. You’ll help organizations transform HR capabilities and workforce experience through Workday expertise. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities * Gather business requirements and translate into functional designs and configurations * Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities * Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 4+ years of experience supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations or optimization projects * 4+ years of experience leading workstreams in Workday implementations with knowledge in 2+ HCM areas * Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
