Experteer Overview In this role, you lead Workday HCM initiatives within Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology team, shaping functional designs and configurations to solve workforce challenges. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide clients through scope, testing, deployment, and stabilization. You’ll drive transformation in HR capabilities for clients across industries, delivering measurable value. This role offers opportunities to mentor, lead workstreams, and work on end-to-end implementations that impact the workforce experience at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities * Gather business requirements and translate into functional designs and configuration decisions * Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities * Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 4+ years of Workday HCM implementation or optimization experience * 4+ years of experience leading workstreams in Workday implementations across 2+ HCM areas * Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel ~50% depending on client needs * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
