Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Workday functional implementations within Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology team, shaping end-to-end HR solutions for clients. You will translate business needs into functional designs, guide cross-functional delivery, and ensure smooth testing, deployment, and stabilization. You work closely with clients to align scope and deliverables while mentoring junior staff and driving program outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday functional implementations, enhancements, and optimization * Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration decisions * Facilitate client meetings to align on scope and priorities * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization * Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work Tasks * 4+ years of experience supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations or optimization * 4+ years leading workstreams in Workday implementations with knowledge in 2+ HCM areas * Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel ~50% depending on client needs * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Key requirements *
