Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients optimize HR strategy and technology through Workday expertise. You will lead functional Workday implementations, translate business needs into designs, and guide cross-functional workstreams to deliver value. You’ll work with clients to define scope, ensure quality, and support testing and deployment. This position blends hands-on Workday configuration with project leadership in a dynamic, collaborative team. You’ll contribute to transforming HR and workforce experiences at scale.
