Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Workday functional implementations within Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology team, translating business needs into functional designs and configurations. You’ll drive client workshops, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and support testing, deployment, and stabilization. The role sits at the intersection of HR strategy and cutting-edge Workday technology, enabling clients to transform their workforce experience. You will collaborate with clients and teams to deliver high-impact HR solutions that scale with business priorities. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities * Gather business requirements and translate into functional designs and configuration decisions * Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities * Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 4+ years of experience supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations or optimization projects * 4+ years of experience leading workstreams on Workday implementations with knowledge in 2+ HCM areas * Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel 50% on average Key requirements *
