Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you lead Workday functional implementations to drive HR transformation for clients. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional designs and configurations. You will facilitate client workshops, guide scope and priorities, and support testing, deployment, and stabilization. The position sits within Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology team, focusing on maximizing workforce experience through cutting-edge HR tech. You will tackle complex HR transformation programs and influence project outcomes with your leadership and technical expertise. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities * Gather requirements and translate into functional designs and configuration decisions * Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities * Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 4+ years supporting or leading Workday HCM implementation or optimization projects * 4+ years leading workstreams in Workday implementations with knowledge in 2+ HCM areas * Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
