Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As an experienced Oracle Retail Cloud functional lead, you will guide AMS engagements, delivering ongoing support, enhancements, and process improvements. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to stabilize operations, automate, and drive value across Oracle Retail modules. You may support implementations when Deloitte leads the project, balancing support and delivery. This role fits within Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance team, offering a remote-friendly, long-term client service trajectory with meaningful transformation impact. You will work to shape operations and enable sustainable performance improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Provide incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Analyse requirements and perform functional design * Coordinate testing and manage stakeholder engagement * Optimize business processes and support MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and related integrations * Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve stability, automation, and performance * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte leads the project * Communicate with Engagement Managers and other teams, escalating as needed Tasks * 10+ years of experience with Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solution * Ability to travel ~10% * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Proven ability to lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks * Experience with Jira/Confluence and Mural is preferred Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations
