Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you will serve as an Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead, delivering functional support and optimization for Oracle Retail Cloud within Deloitte’s AMS engagements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive stability, automation, and transformation, while supporting both ongoing maintenance and implementations. The position offers remote or onsite work under the Project Talent Model, with opportunities to influence retail product configurations and integrations. You will guide stakeholders and deliver value through process improvements and effective change governance. Compensation / Benefits * Support Oracle Retail Cloud modules (MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner) within AMS engagements * Incident, problem, change, and release management * Business process optimization and requirements analysis * Functional design, testing coordination, stakeholder engagement * Support of Retail implementations when Deloitte leads the project * Communication with Engagement Managers and technical teams, escalation as needed * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Tasks * 10+ years of experience in managing Oracle Retail or Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in a related IT discipline; or equivalent experience * Ability to travel ~10% depending on client assignments * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build professional relationships * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines * Experience with Jira/Confluence and Mural (preferred) Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * immigration sponsorship may be available * reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities
