Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As an experienced Oracle Retail Cloud lead, you will support Deloitte’s AMS engagements, focusing on functional delivery and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to stabilize operations, automate processes, and drive transformation in Oracle Retail modules. You will guide stakeholder conversations, manage changes, and contribute to both support and implementation initiatives. This role offers a remote/onsite blend within Deloitte’s Project Talent Model and a chance to shape retail tech solutions at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Business process optimization and requirements analysis * Functional design, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement * Support of Oracle Retail modules MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner and related integrations * Drive operational stability, automation, and performance improvements * Support retail implementations when Deloitte is engaged in implementations * Regular communication with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams, with escalation as needed Tasks * 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience * Ability to travel ~10% depending on client needs * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Strong written and verbal communication * Ability to lead projects or workstreams * Independent work style with team collaboration * Experience with Jira/Confluence and Mural (preferred) Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations
