Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant within Deloitte’s AMS-focused engagement, you’ll support Oracle Retail Cloud applications, driving incident and change management, process optimization, and functional design. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance, automate workflows, and lead transformation initiatives in a remote or onsite setup. Compensation / Benefits * Provide ongoing functional support for Oracle Retail Cloud modules (MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner) * Handle incident, problem, change, and release management and coordinate testing * Analyze business requirements and perform functional design and improvements * Engage with stakeholders andEngagement Managers to manage expectations and escalate issues * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte leads projects, prioritizing delivery and value * Drive operational stability, automation, and performance improvements * Collaborate with business and technology teams to enable transformation initiatives * Lead projects or workstreams and mentor junior team members Tasks * 10+ years of experience with Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in a related IT discipline or equivalent experience * Willingness to travel ~10% * Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong communication and relationship-building skills * Experience with requirements analysis, design, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement * Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and Mural is a plus * Retail domain experience in product ownership/managment is preferred Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * flexible client delivery (remote/on-site) * commitment to accommodations for disability
