Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant, you will support Deloitte’s AMS for Oracle Retail Cloud, driving continuous improvement and functional delivery. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to stabilize operations, optimize business processes, and deliver value through Oracle Retail modules. The role blends maintenance, enhancements, and potential Retail implementation support, focusing on measurable performance improvements. This is a client-facing, team-driven opportunity with opportunities to shape transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Provide incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Drive business process optimization and requirements analysis * Lead functional design, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement * Support MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner and related integrations * Collaborate with business and tech teams to enable automation, performance improvements, and long-term transformation * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte leads projects and may assume priority over support * Communicate with Engagement Managers and teams, escalating issues as needed Tasks * 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Retail / RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in a related IT discipline (or equivalent experience) * Willingness to travel ~10% depending on client needs * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Preferred consulting experience in Retail domain and/or product ownership/management * Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Mural for project delivery Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * remote or onsite client service delivery under PTM * reasonable accommodations * travel flexibility (10% travel)
