Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will support Deloitte’s AMS engagements for Oracle Retail Cloud, ensuring stable operations and ongoing improvements. You will collaborate with business and tech teams to drive automation, performance gains, and long-term transformation while supporting Retail Cloud modules. You may engage in implementations when Deloitte leads the project, working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value. This opportunity emphasizes remote/onsite client delivery under Deloitte’s Project Talent Model and a focus on impact beyond routine support. Compensation / Benefits * Manage incident, problem, change, and release cycles for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Optimize business processes and analyze requirements; perform functional design and testing coordination * Engage stakeholders and communicate with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams * Provide ongoing support for MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner, and related integrations * Partner with business and technology teams to drive stability, automation, and performance improvements * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte leads the project, potentially prioritizing over external support Tasks * 10+ years of experience with Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in a related IT discipline or equivalent experience * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Willingness to travel ~10% depending on client engagement * Experience with Jira/Confluence and Mural is preferred Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program
