Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview Experienced Oracle Retail Cloud lead within a collaborative Deloitte AMS context. You drive functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement for Retail Cloud modules, partnering with business and tech teams to enhance stability, automation, and performance. You may lead Retail implementations when they arise, and you will communicate with engagement leadership to align on priorities. This role blends hands-on delivery with advisory guidance in a remote/on-site model. Compensation / Benefits * Provide ongoing functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement for Oracle Retail Cloud applications (MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner, and integrations) * Manage incident, problem, change, and release management and coordinate testing * Analyze requirements and design functional solutions; support testing coordination * Engage stakeholders and liaise with cross-functional teams to drive stability, automation, and value-add initiatives * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte handles implementations and may take priority over support * Communicate with Engagement Managers and other teams, escalating issues as needed Tasks * 10+ years of experience in managing Oracle Retail / Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT discipline; related IT field preferred * Willingness to travel ~10% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Experience in Retail domain and/or as Product Owner/Manager is a plus * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Mural Key requirements *
