Cyber Identity - SailPoint Consultant - Security Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will help design and operate IAM solutions within client environments, focusing on SailPoint implementations and governance for human and non-human identities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and strengthen identity security across hybrid and cloud environments. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, integrate, and operate SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex client environments * Configure and deploy SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components for non-human identities as identity principals * Apply identity and access management engineering standards and secure development practices across governance, provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding * Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure delivery quality and scope * Support governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities, including lifecycle management, access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring, and control improvements Tasks * 2+ years of experience in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity * 2+ years designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise identity and access solutions * 1+ years leading technical teams or workstreams delivering IAM architecture or platform implementations * 2+ years integrating IAM/IGA solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications * Bachelor degree in a relevant field * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
