MES Solution Architect Manager (AVEVA)

Experteer Overview In this role you drive MES-driven transformations within our Supply Chain & Network Operations practice. You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape MES strategies, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and lead complex, fast-paced engagements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value through AVEVA MES implementations and innovative architectures. Your work helps clients improve manufacturing performance and speed to market, leveraging digital technologies and analytics. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead transformational projects at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with senior leaders on MES solutions * Gather and translate business requirements into MES functionality with technical architects * Perform functional and technical architecture, analysis, and design for MES solutions * Deliver complex MES projects in a fast-paced team environment * Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to innovative MES solutions across the practice Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience * 5+ years implementing AVEVA MES (design, installation, configuration, integration, upgrades) * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, and related delivery activities * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvements; led 2+ MES implementations and system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits
