Experteer Overview In this role you shape Amazon Connect implementations to transform client customer experiences. You will lead design, architecture, and delivery across onshore and offshore teams, advising clients on AWS best practices. You’ll identify new sales opportunities while ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client relationships. The role blends strategy, technology, and delivery leadership to enable scalable contact center transformations.
