Experteer Overview In this role you shape Amazon Connect implementations to transform client customer experiences. You will lead design, architecture, and delivery across onshore and offshore teams, advising clients on AWS best practices. You’ll identify new sales opportunities while ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client relationships. The role blends strategy, technology, and delivery leadership to enable scalable contact center transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Design and architect Amazon Connect services for client engagements * Provide project management and delivery oversight for distributed development teams * Build and lead teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and governance * Advise clients on AWS best practices and scalable architectures * Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and manage multiple projects concurrently Tasks * 8+ years of overall experience in IT/software development services * 5+ years in enterprise architecture and cloud-based solutions on AWS * 4+ years leading multiple project teams * AWS cloud certification * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field * Ability to travel up to 50% * Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management Key requirements *
