Experteer Overview As Amazon Connect Technical Architect, you will lead design and delivery of AWS-based contact center solutions for Deloitte’s Sales & Service practice. You’ll manage onshore and offshore teams, mentor engineers, and advise clients on best practices to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will spot new sales opportunities and help shape transformative customer experiences at scale. This role blends technology, strategy, and delivery to drive customer-centered transformation.
