Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the design and delivery of Amazon Connect solutions as part of the Sales & Service team. You will lead onshore and offshore development efforts, guide AWS best practices, and ensure project quality while identifying new opportunities within existing clients. You’ll work with a cross-functional group of strategists, engineers, and designers to transform customer experiences at scale. This position offers a meaningful chance to shape contact center strategy and accelerate cloud adoption for diverse clients.
