Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and lead Amazon Connect solutions for our Sales & Service practice, guiding onshore and offshore teams through delivery while advising clients on AWS best practices. You’ll shape cloud-based contact center implementations and identify new opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll collaborate across strategists, engineers, and designers to deliver impactful customer experiences. This role offers the chance to influence transformational programs and drive value for clients at scale.
