Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and delivery of Amazon Connect solutions within Deloitte’s Sales & Service practice. You will oversee onshore and offshore development teams, advise clients on AWS best practices, and drive new opportunities at existing accounts. You’ll combine architecture, leadership, and client collaboration to deliver cloud-based contact center transformations. This is a chance to shape customer experiences at scale while working across strategy, technology, and creative delivery.
