Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will architect and deliver Amazon Connect solutions within Deloitte’s Sales & Service team, leading onshore and offshore delivery and advising clients on AWS best practices. You will shape cloud-based contact center initiatives and identify new opportunities at existing clients. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to ensure high-quality outcomes and drive transformational customer experiences. This position offers the chance to influence large-scale, multi-channel contact center programs. Compensation / Benefits * Design and oversee Amazon Connect services architectures * Manage delivery across onshore/offshore teams and project oversight * Advise clients on AWS best practices and solutions * Ensure project quality and milestones are met * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing clients * Lead projects or workstreams and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Provide clear guidance and foster professional relationships Tasks * 8+ years of overall IT/Software Development experience * 5+ years of enterprise architecture and full lifecycle experience in IT/Software services * 5+ years of project leadership experience * 5+ years building and supporting cloud-based solutions on AWS * AWS cloud certification * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent * Ability to travel up to 50% * Immigration sponsorship may be available (limited) Key requirements *
