Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will support Oracle Retail Cloud AMS engagements, driving functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize processes, ensure stability, and lead transformation initiatives related to Oracle Retail modules. You may support implementations when Deloitte leads projects, working with cross-functional teams to deliver value. This role combines independent work with teamwork in a remote or onsite setting under our Project Talent Model. Compensation / Benefits * Provide incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Drive business process optimization and requirements analysis * Lead functional design, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement * Support MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner and related integrations * Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve stability, automation, and performance * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte leads the engagement * Maintain regular communication with Engagement Managers and project teams, escalating issues as needed Tasks * 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Retail/RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in a related IT discipline (or equivalent experience) * Ability to travel ~10% depending on client engagement * Ability to work independently and in teams * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Meticulous attention to detail and quality * Ability to build and sustain professional relationships * Ability to lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks * Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor * Ability to meet deadlines and provide clear guidance to others Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for disabilities
