Job description

Experteer Overview Engineering Manager in Deloitte’s Cyber Digital Trust & Privacy practice leads AI-enabled engineering solutions for identity, access, and data protection. You bridge client engagement and delivery, architecting production-grade systems and building reusable accelerators. You guide cross-functional teams, shape proposals, and ensure high-quality outcomes that strengthen client trust. This role offers meaningful work at scale, shaping security-focused AI services in a fast-moving environment. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery objectives * Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions, troubleshooting issues as needed * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction with continuous improvement * Build team and client capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless designs * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying Generative AI/large language model solutions in production * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
