Job description

Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager in Deloitte’s Cyber Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you lead AI-enabled engineering efforts to tackle identity, access, and data protection challenges. You’ll bridge client needs with production-grade solutions while guiding delivery and shaping reusable accelerators. The role combines hands-on delivery with people leadership to drive high-quality outcomes for clients and teams. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to advance the firm’s AI-driven cyber services and client impact. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs and privacy requirements into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot within scope * Shape technical solutions during pursuits, including demos, proofs of concept, and effort estimation * Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Build team capability through accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * 7+ years in one or more Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using REST/APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless architectures * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI or large language model solutions in a client or production environment * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
