Job description

Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager in Deloitte’s Cyber Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you lead hands-on delivery and client-facing engagements to solve identity, access, and data protection challenges with AI-enabled engineering. You shape solutions during pursuits, build reusable accelerators, and guide teams to high-quality outcomes. You work at the intersection of client impact and engineering delivery, driving production-grade systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a chance to influence security outcomes at scale and advance AI-driven cyber services. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned with target architecture * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, PoCs, prototypes, and effort estimation * Oversee client delivery scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Develop team capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, and engineering best practices Tasks * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless) * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing/deploying generative AI or large language model solutions in production * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
