Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager role within Deloitte’s Digital Trust & Privacy team, you will translate client needs into AI-enabled, production-grade solutions and lead hands-on delivery. You’ll shape architectures, drive pursuits, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. The role blends client engagement with technical delivery, focusing on resilience and trust in identity, access, and data protection. You will work with cross-functional teams to build reusable accelerators and contribute to strategic goals. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery objectives * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction * Build team capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection) * 5+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless) * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing/deploying generative AI or LLM solutions in production * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
