Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager role, you drive AI-enabled, production-grade security solutions for clients within Deloitte’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice. You’ll bridge client needs with technical delivery, leading hands-on design and deployment while shaping pursuits and building reusable accelerators. You’ll manage engagements end-to-end and mentor teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, helping clients strengthen identity, access, and data protection. This role combines client collaboration with hands-on engineering in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled architectures and delivery objectives * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, PoCs, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee scope, timelines, quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across engagements * Build team capability via accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven, serverless) * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions (Python, Java, or Node.js) * 2+ years delivering on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/LLM in client or production environments * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
