Experteer Overview In Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you lead AI-enabled engineering solutions addressing identity, access, and data protection. You’ll bridge client engagement and hands-on delivery, shaping architecture, building production-grade systems, and driving high-quality outcomes. You lead teams, develop reusable accelerators, and guide pursuits from concept to delivery. This role offers meaningful impact through innovative cyber services and cross-functional collaboration with clients. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery goals * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions, troubleshooting issues as needed * Shape technical solutions during pursuits with demonstrations, PoCs, prototypes, estimates, and pricing inputs * Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement * Build team capability and client capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (e.g., IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless patterns * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions with Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP including containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production environments * Willingness to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits * inclusive culture * professional development opportunities * mentorship
