Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager in Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you will translate client needs into AI-enabled, production-grade solutions and lead hands-on delivery. You will shape pursuits, build reusable accelerators, and drive high-quality outcomes for clients and teams. The role blends client engagement with technical architecture, delivery, and mentoring, with a focus on identity, access, and data protection. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven cyber services at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions, including troubleshooting * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, POCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee client delivery scope, timelines, quality, satisfaction, and continuous improvement * Build team capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practices Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent demonstrated experience * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless patterns * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI or large language models in client/production * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
