Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Workday Functional Senior Consultant, you will lead Workday HCM implementations and optimizations, translating business needs into functional designs. You’ll work within the HR Strategy & Technology team to align scope, drive delivery, and ensure quality across deployments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate client workshops, and support testing and rollout activities. This role offers the chance to shape HR solutions for Fortune 500 clients and contribute to transforming workforce experiences. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities * Translate business requirements into functional designs and configurations * Facilitate client meetings to align scope, priorities, and deliverables * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization * Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work Tasks * Bachelor or equivalent; 4+ years of Workday HCM implementation or optimization experience * 4+ years of experience leading workstreams in Workday implementations with knowledge in 2+ HCM areas * Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations * broad range of benefits
