MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions practice, you drive scalable, fit-for-purpose D365 F&O solutions for clients. You lead delivery on Dynamics 365 projects, collaborating with functional and technical teams to translate business needs into effective ERP designs. You guide workshops, influence pre-sales, and oversee nearshore/offshore delivery to ensure quality outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and client leadership, offering impact across finance and supply chain transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and mentor a Deloitte team to design and deliver Dynamics 365-based solutions for clients * Collaborate with clients and cross-functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs * Provide delivery leadership throughout the project lifecycle (Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support) * Coordinate with internal and external experts to leverage best practices * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities and participate in client engagements * Maintain current expertise across Dynamics 365 features and capabilities * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirement documentation and design documentation * Experience in leading workshops with stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship * Preferred: Dynamics 365 data model; data migration tools; familiarity with AppSource and Microsoft’s partnering model Key requirements *
