Workday Grants Delivery Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you enable enterprise performance improvements through Workday Finance and Grants Management within Deloitte’s GPS practice. You will support grant/configuration work, compliance review, and day-to-day operations while modernizing controls and reporting. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve grant-related issues, contribute to ongoing improvement, and drive transformations in a hybrid delivery setting. This position offers exposure to complex grant programs and the chance to shape governance and processes at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Handle grant-related configuration and setup in Workday Financials * Operate day-one hypercare, triage grant-impacting issues, and ensure accurate worktagging and reporting * Collaborate with Accounting and Integrations teams on data and posting logic issues * Provide ongoing incident management and problem resolution for grants * Maintain documentation and improve knowledge base for consistent outcomes * Identify process improvements to enhance compliance, controls, and master data governance * Deliver complex enhancements and testing for refined rules and expanded reporting Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship * Workday Financial Services Certified and/or Workday Grants Management Certified * 5+ years of Workday Financials Grants Management experience * Experience with grant lifecycle, budget controls, and spend/allowable costs * Experience with procure-to-pay transactions coded to grants and related troubleshooting * Client-facing operational support and incident management experience * Ability to work independently and lead projects or workstreams Key requirements *
