Workday Grants Delivery Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you help deliver enterprise performance and digitization initiatives within Deloitte’s GPS practice. You will work across grant-related Workday Financials processes, from configuration to stabilization, helping clients improve compliance, reporting, and data governance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve grant-related issues and deploy enhancements that scale operations. This position combines hands-on Workday grants management with advisory work to drive efficient, compliant grant programs at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Transition and ramp-up for grant-related Workday configurations * Triage and resolve grant-impacting issues (worktagging, charging, validations, reporting) * Provide ongoing incident and problem management for recurring grants issues * Maintain documentation and knowledge base; ensure traceability * Identify opportunities to improve compliance, reporting, and master data governance * Deliver complex enhancements and testing for improved controls and analytics * Support grant-related processes in Workday Financials, including master data, approvals, and security * Collaborate with Accounting and Integrations teams on cross-system issues * Operate in a hybrid delivery model with travel as needed * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Workday Financials Grants Management experience (5+ years) * Workday Grants Management certification and/or Workday Financial Services certification * Ability to work independently and in teams * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Attention to detail and quality of work * Client-facing operational support experience * Experience with triage, issue resolution, and incident management * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Key requirements *
