Workday Grants Delivery Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients in government and public services transform their enterprise finance and operations through Workday-based grants management. You will support grant-related configurations, troubleshooting, and continuous operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve compliance, reporting, and data integrity. You’ll drive impactful improvements, contribute to complex enhancements, and operate in a hybrid delivery model across delivery centers and geographies. This position offers meaningful work at scale within Deloitte’s GPS practice and Enterprise Operations as a Service framework. Compensation / Benefits * Learn grant-related configuration in Workday Financials (grant master data, worktagging/charging controls, reporting) * Triage and resolve grant-impacting issues (worktagging, charging, validations, workflow routing, reporting) * Coordinate with Accounting and Integrations on cross-system issues * Provide Day-One surge support and ongoing incident/request management for grants issues * Maintain documentation and improve knowledge base for consistent outcomes * Identify opportunities to improve compliance, validations, and data governance * Deliver complex enhancements (charging rules, controls, reporting, analytics) with disciplined testing * Support grant-related procure-to-pay transactions (req/PO/invoice/expense) and budget errors * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Tasks * Bachelor * Workday Financials Certified and/or Workday Grants Management Certified * 5+ years of Workday Financials Grants Management experience * Experience in triage, incident management, and client-facing operational support * Ability to work independently and with a team and manage multiple tasks to deadlines * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
