Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead functional delivery for Oracle Retail Cloud within Deloitte’s AMS engagements, driving stability, optimization, and transformation across retail modules. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and support both ongoing operations and pivotal implementations. The position emphasizes advisory leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivering value through Oracle Retail solutions in a remote/on-site Project Talent Model setting. You’ll work with senior management to shape efficient processes and enable sustainable performance improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Support Oracle Retail Cloud AMS engagements across MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and Event Planner * Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases with a focus on business process optimization * Conduct requirements analysis and functional design, coordinate testing * Engage stakeholders and communicate with engagement managers and technical teams * Lead projects or workstreams and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Assist with Retail implementations when Deloitte is engaged in delivery engagements Tasks * 10+ years of experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience * Ability to travel ~10% * Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills * Experience leading projects or workstreams and managing multiple priorities * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Mural (preferred) * Retail domain knowledge in Merchandising, Supply Chain (preferred) * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * remote or onsite work arrangements * reasonable accommodations for applicants * travel flexibility around client needs
