Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will support Oracle Retail Cloud AMS engagements, driving ongoing functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement. You collaborate with business and tech teams to deliver stability, automation, and transformation across Oracle Retail modules. You may support retail implementations when Deloitte leads, contributing to cross-functional project delivery. This is a senior, client-facing role with a focus on quality, stakeholder engagement, and delivering value. You’ll work within Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance team to shape performance improvements across finance, supply chain, and IT operations. Compensation / Benefits * Incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud * Business process optimization and requirements analysis * Functional design, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement * Support of Oracle Retail modules (MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner) and integrations * Partner with business and tech teams to drive operational stability and transformation initiatives * Support retail implementations when Deloitte leads projects and may prioritize over support * Regular communication with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams, escalating issues as needed Tasks * 10+ years of experience in managing Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience * Ability to travel ~10% depending on client engagement * Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building * Ability to lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor * Ability to provide clear guidance and meet deadlines * Experience with incident/problem/change and testing coordination in an AMS/implementation context * Familiarity with retail domains such as Merchandising and Supply Chain (preferred) * Experience with Jira/Confluence and Mural (preferred) Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * remote or onsite client service delivery * availability of immigration sponsorship * reasonable accommodations in recruiting process * support for career development and mentorship * various development programs and learning opportunities
