SAP Treasury Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you help shape the future of finance by leading SAP Treasury transformations for clients. You will collaborate with CFOs and finance leaders to modernize treasury operations, strengthen controls, and drive performance. You’ll manage end-to-end SAP Treasury implementations and mentor teams, delivering value through data-driven, tech-enabled solutions. This is a client-facing, impact-focused opportunity within Deloitte’s Treasury Transformation practice. You will help clients become strategic partners and improve financial and operational excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Lead strategy, design, and implementation of SAP Treasury components (Cash Management, Transaction Management, Hedge Management and Accounting, Liquidity Planning, Risk Analyzers, In-House Cash, SWIFT, Bank Communication Management) * Advise clients on treasury transformation priorities, technology choices, and risk management to boost efficiency and performance * Manage end-to-end delivery for SAP Treasury implementations, including scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, testing, and stakeholder alignment * Build and maintain client relationships, run working sessions, and drive decisions with cross-functional finance, treasury, and technology stakeholders * Mentor practitioners and oversee teams, ensuring quality, knowledge sharing, and development * Support practice growth through proposals, sales pursuits, and creation of tools and offerings for the market Tasks * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate treasury, or bank treasury with treasury technology and SAP Treasury * 4+ years of SAP Treasury consulting across full life cycle implementations * Experience with SAP Treasury components (Cash Management, Transaction Manager, In-House Cash, Risk Analyzers, Liquidity Planning, Hedge Management and Accounting, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management) and integration with financial accounting * Experience leading teams, delivering projects, and mentoring junior professionals in technology implementations or treasury transformations * Ability to travel ~40% on average Key requirements *
