SAP Treasury Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview In this SAP Treasury Manager role within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team, you help modernize finance operations for clients by leading SAP Treasury initiatives. You collaborate with CFOs and treasury leaders to design and implement treasury solutions that improve controls, efficiency, and business value. You mentor teams, drive cross-functional decisions, and contribute to market offerings. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape treasury capabilities at scale, leveraging Deloitte’s resources and industry insights. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions (Cash Management, Transaction Management, Hedge Management and Accounting, Liquidity Planning, Risk Analyzers, In-House Cash, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management) * Advise clients on treasury transformation, technology, and risk management priorities to boost operational efficiency * Manage end-to-end delivery for SAP Treasury implementations (scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, testing, stakeholder alignment) * Build and sustain client relationships, run working sessions, and drive decisions across finance, treasury, and technology stakeholders * Mentor practitioners and oversee teams delivering treasury transformation work, ensuring quality and knowledge sharing * Support practice growth through proposals, sales pursuits, and creation of market tools/methods Tasks * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 5+ years in consulting or treasury with treasury technology and SAP Treasury * 4+ years of SAP Treasury consulting across full life cycle implementations * Experience with SAP Treasury components and integration with F&A and other apps * Experience leading teams, managing deliverables, mentoring junior professionals * Ability to travel ~40% Key requirements *
