SAP Treasury Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead treasury transformation initiatives within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice, focusing on modernizing clients’ treasury operations. You’ll work with CFOs and finance leaders to deliver SAP Treasury solutions that improve controls, efficiency, and business value. You’ll manage end-to-end implementations, mentor teams, and help shape market offerings. This position combines client impact, technical depth, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable financial and operational excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Lead strategy, design, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions (Cash Management, Transaction Management, Hedge Management and Accounting, Liquidity Planning, Risk Analyzers, In-House Cash, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management) * Advise clients on treasury transformation priorities, technology, and risk management to boost efficiency and performance * Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP Treasury implementations (scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, testing, stakeholder alignment) * Build and maintain client relationships; lead working sessions and drive decisions across finance, treasury, and technology stakeholders * Mentor practitioners and oversee teams delivering treasury transformation; ensure quality and knowledge sharing * Support practice growth through proposals, sales pursuits, and development of tools and offerings Tasks * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate treasury, or bank treasury with treasury technology and treasury management systems, including SAP Treasury * 4+ years of SAP Treasury consulting across full life cycle implementations * Experience with SAP Treasury components (Cash Management, Transaction Manager, In-House Cash, Risk Analyzers, Liquidity Planning, Hedge Management and Accounting, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management) and integration with financial accounting and other apps * Experience leading teams, delivering projects, and mentoring junior professionals for tech implementation or treasury transformation * Ability to travel 40% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
