SAP Treasury Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you guide treasury transformation initiatives within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice. You’ll design and implement SAP Treasury solutions, helping CFOs and finance leaders modernize operations and improve controls. You’ll lead client engagements, drive cross-functional collaboration, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality treasury programs. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge treasury technology and strategic value creation for large organizations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead strategy, design, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions (Cash Management, Transaction Management, Hedge Management and Accounting, Liquidity Planning, Risk Analyzers, In-House Cash, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management) * Advise clients on treasury transformation priorities to boost efficiency and business performance * Oversee end-to-end delivery for SAP Treasury implementations (scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, testing, stakeholder alignment) * Build and maintain client relationships; lead sessions and drive decisions across finance, treasury, and technology stakeholders * Mentor practitioners; oversee teams delivering treasury transformation with focus on quality and knowledge sharing * Support practice growth through proposals, sales pursuits, and development of market tools and offerings Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate treasury, or bank treasury with treasury technology and SAP Treasury * 4+ years of SAP Treasury consulting experience across full lifecycle implementations * Experience with SAP Treasury components (Cash Management, Transaction Manager, In-House Cash, Risk Analyzers, Liquidity Planning, Hedge Management and Accounting, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management) and integration with financial accounting * Experience leading teams, managing deliverables, and mentoring junior professionals for technology implementations or treasury transformations * Ability to travel ~40% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
