SAP Treasury Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead SAP Treasury transformations for clients, shaping modern finance operations. You work with CFOs and treasury teams to design and implement Treasury solutions that improve controls and support business performance. You drive end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and build strong client relationships while contributing to growth through new tools and offerings. Compensation / Benefits * Lead strategy, design, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions (Cash Management, Transaction Management, Hedge Management and Accounting, Liquidity Planning, Risk Analyzers, In-House Cash, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management) * Advise on treasury transformation, technology, and risk priorities to boost operational efficiency and performance * Manage end-to-end delivery for SAP Treasury implementations, including scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, testing, and stakeholder alignment * Build and sustain client relationships, lead sessions, and drive decisions across finance, treasury, and technology stakeholders * Mentor practitioners and oversee teams delivering treasury transformation work, ensuring quality and knowledge sharing * Support practice growth through proposals, sales pursuits, and development of tools and offerings Tasks * Bachelor degree from an accredited university * 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate treasury, or bank treasury with treasury technology and treasury management systems, including SAP Treasury * 4+ years of SAP Treasury consulting across full life cycle implementations * Experience with SAP Treasury components (Cash Management, Transaction Manager, In-House Cash, Risk Analyzers, Liquidity Planning, Hedge Management and Accounting, SWIFT, Bank Communication Management) and integration with financial applications * Experience leading teams, delivering projects, and mentoring junior professionals in technology implementations or treasury transformation * Ability to travel ~40% Key requirements *
