SAP Treasury Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview In this SAP Treasury Manager role within Deloitte’s Controllership and Treasury Transformation team, you help modernize finance operations for clients. You work with CFOs and finance leaders to design and implement treasury solutions that improve controls and drive business value. You lead end-to-end SAP Treasury projects, from strategy through delivery, influencing cross-functional stakeholders. You join a high-impact, tech-enabled practice focused on turning treasury insights into strategic business partnerships. Compensation / Benefits * Lead strategy, design, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions (Cash Management, Transaction Management, Hedge Management and Accounting, Liquidity Planning, Risk Analyzers, In-House Cash, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management) * Advise clients on treasury transformation, technology, and risk management priorities to improve operational efficiency * Manage end-to-end delivery for SAP Treasury implementations (scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, testing, stakeholder alignment) * Build and maintain client relationships, lead sessions, and drive decisions across finance, treasury, and technology stakeholders * Mentor practitioners, oversee teams delivering treasury transformation work, ensure quality and knowledge sharing * Support practice growth through proposals, sales pursuits, and development of tools and offerings Tasks * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 5+ years in consulting, corporate treasury, or bank treasury with treasury technology and SAP Treasury experience * 4+ years of SAP Treasury consulting across full life cycle implementations * Experience with SAP Treasury components (Cash Management, Transaction Manager, In-House Cash, Risk Analyzers, Liquidity Planning, Hedge Management and Accounting, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management) and integration with financial accounting * Experience leading teams, delivering projects, and mentoring junior professionals * Ability to travel ~40% Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program * accommodations for people with disabilities * opportunities for professional development * mentorship and growth * flexible career development options
