SAP Treasury Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview As SAP Treasury Manager in Deloitte’s Controllership and Treasury Transformation team, you will lead treasury modernization for clients, shaping finance functions and risk management. You’ll design and implement SAP Treasury solutions, mentor teams, and guide cross-functional stakeholders to drive value. This role combines hands-on treasury technology with strategic advisory to elevate finance performance. You join a mission-driven practice delivering data-driven, tech-enabled finance transformations that enable CFOs and treasurers to partner more effectively with the business. Compensation / Benefits * Lead strategy, design, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions (Cash Management, Transaction Management, Hedge Management and Accounting, Liquidity Planning, Risk Analyzers, In-House Cash, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management) * Advise clients on treasury transformation, technology, and risk management priorities to boost operational efficiency and performance * Manage end-to-end delivery for SAP Treasury implementations, including scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, testing, and stakeholder alignment * Build and maintain client relationships; lead workshops and drive decisions across finance, treasury, and technology stakeholders * Mentor practitioners and oversee teams delivering treasury transformation with emphasis on quality and knowledge sharing * Support practice growth through proposals, sales pursuits, and development of tools and market offerings Tasks * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 5+ years in consulting, corporate treasury, or bank treasury with treasury technology and SAP Treasury experience * 4+ years of SAP Treasury consulting across full life cycle implementations * Experience with SAP Treasury components and integration with accounting and other apps * Experience leading teams, delivering projects, and mentoring junior professionals * Willingness to travel ~40% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
