Experteer Overview As an Amazon Connect Technical Architect within Deloitte’s Sales & Service team, you will design and oversee Amazon Connect solutions and coordinate global delivery across onshore and offshore teams. You’ll advise clients on AWS best practices, ensure project quality, and identify new sales opportunities. This role blends strategy, technology, and delivery to transform customer experiences and drive growth. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to solve complex customer challenges and shape innovative, service-oriented cloud solutions.
