Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of Amazon Connect services and oversee onshore and offshore development teams to drive cloud-based contact center transformations. You’ll advise clients on AWS best practices, ensure project quality, and identify sales opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to blend strategy, technology, and creativity in a global Sales & Service transformation effort. This position offers the chance to shape customer experiences at scale within a leading consulting firm. Compensation / Benefits * Design and oversee Amazon Connect services and solution architecture * Lead and coordinate onshore/offshore development teams and project delivery * Provide guidance on AWS best practices and cloud-based solutions * Ensure project quality and risk management across engagements * Identify new sales opportunities within existing clients * Build and maintain professional client relationships * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Support cross-functional collaboration to drive customer transformation initiatives Tasks * 8+ years of overall IT experience * 5+ years in enterprise architecture for IT/software development services * 5+ years leading multiple project teams * AWS cloud certification * Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Immigration sponsorship may be available (limited) Key requirements *
