Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and lead Amazon Connect initiatives within Deloitte’s Sales & Service team, guiding onshore and offshore delivery with a focus on AWS best practices and client impact. You’ll shape cloud-based contact center solutions, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and identify new opportunities at existing clients. The role blends strategy, technology, and customer experience to transform sales and service experiences at scale. You’ll work with cross-functional teammates to deliver high-quality solutions that drive client value.
