Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the design and delivery of Amazon Connect-based solutions within Deloitte’s Sales & Service team, guiding onshore and offshore development efforts and advising clients on AWS best practices. You’ll lead teams, ensure project quality, and identify new sales opportunities while collaborating with a cross-functional mix of strategists, data scientists, and engineers. The role blends technology, strategy, and transformation to improve customer experiences and business value at scale. You’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that emphasizes impact and continuous learning.
